Job Description
Objetivo:
Apoiar as atividades administrativas e operacionais da área de atuação, contribuindo para a execução das rotinas do setor e desenvolvendo competências profissionais por meio do programa de aprendizagem, alinhado aos objetivos da organização e à formação teórica oferecida pela instituição de Ensino parceira.
Responsabilidades:
- Auxiliar no atendimento de colaboradores, clientes internos e fornecedores, quando aplicável.
- Apoiar a organização de arquivos físicos e digitais, garantindo a correta gestão das informações.
- Cumprir normas de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e conduta da companhia.
- Participar dos treinamentos e atividades do programa de aprendizagem.
- Apoiar atividades administrativas da área, incluindo organização de documentos, preenchimento de planilhas e atualização de controles.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Médio cursando ou concluído.
- Conhecimentos básicos do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint).
- Disponibilidade para participação no programa de aprendizagem.
- Não é necessária experiência professional prévia.
