  • Ensure compliance with Daimler Truck's policies, local regulations, and all integrity and governance standards.

  • Ensure legitimate and proper decision-making and governance within the Company, implementing systems in accordance with local regulations and Daimler Truck's policies, including Board of Directors' Meetings.

  • Report business strategy, plans, performance, and key issues to shareholders as required by local regulations and Daimler Truck's policies.

  • Manage and approve corporate audits, financial audits, and governance-related checks and reports.

4. Business & Target Planning

  • Lead and approve DCVI's business planning in alignment with corporate strategy, market potential, and operational requirements.

  • Ensure market dynamics and business performance are regularly monitored and reported.

  • Align with RC SEA and HQ on required adjustments to business plans and actions to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.

  • Ensure adequate resources — including IT systems — are in place to support business planning and operational capabilities.

  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across divisions, departments, and vertical chains to achieve business targets.
