管理本部 総務部は、Mujinの事業成長を支える組織基盤の構築・運営を担う部門です。
オフィスファシリティ管理や備品管理などの日常業務に加え、従業員が最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できる職場環境の整備、業務プロセスの改善、各種制度・サービスの運営を推進します。
また、事業拡大に伴うレイアウト変更、新拠点開設、増床・移転プロジェクトなどにも主体的に関与し、急成長する組織を支える環境づくりを担います。

Mujinは大型資金調達を経て事業拡大を加速しており、従業員数は継続的な成長を続けています。それに伴い、総務機能に求められる役割も年々高度化・多様化しています。
現在は労務責任者が総務業務を兼務していますが、今後の組織拡大を見据え、総務機能を独立した組織として強化していく方針です。今回は、派遣社員と協力しながら総務業務全般を推進し、将来的には総務部門の中核人材として組織づくりや業務改善をリードいただける方を募集します。
