About this role
主要职责:
1. 负责现有产品的不断改进项目和工厂技术支持，及时提供所需技术文件
2. 负责新产品项目或技术研究在工厂的实施验证工作，提出改进技术方案
3. 负责系列产品工厂要求的技术文件编制，保证技术文件完整性和准确性
5. 组织协调工厂相关部门完成产品改进及验证工作
6. 参与产品设计团队技术能力建设和提高工作
7. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求
8. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案
9. 完成上级临时分配的任务
任职条件:
1.学历：制冷空调及相关专业本科及以上学历
2.工作经验：5年以上空调风冷产品开发经验
3.能力和技能：熟悉相关产品技术知识；拥有丰富的压力容器、制冷系统和传热设计及产品试验等方面的专业知识；丰富的项目管理经验和发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力；良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
4.其他：良好的英文听说写能力
