职位描述：
1.    电气系统零部件开发和相应维护工作
2.    进行新产品开发，与客户确定产品需求，参与产品开发周期中的概念设计，设计评审，发动机和整机验证和路试阶段。
3.    对卡特的发动机和整机工厂提供工厂支持服务，对工厂的热试，硬件，线束和控制器等各种故障进行排查
4.    电气系统成本降低及持续改进

任职要求：
1．    车辆工程或电子控制相关本科或以上学历
2．    具备基本的车辆电子电气控制架构和系统的知识
3．    有AI软件使用经验，会基于AI开发相关工具
4．    具备一定的软件开发的能力，
5．    熟练的制图软件操作能力（优先Pro E/Creo）
6．    具有很强的学习能力
7．    很强的沟通交流，团队合作，书面和口头表达能力
