[Job-32158] AI Engineer - Colombia, Bogotá (Hybrid)

We are looking for an AI Builder to join our team and help us identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual, time-consuming business processes through AI.

In this role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business teams to understand their day-to-day challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn those opportunities into practical AI solutions. You will be hands-on in building and testing AI agents, working closely with users to validate ideas and continuously improve the solutions.

This is a highly collaborative and experimental role. We are looking for someone who can move quickly from understanding a problem to building something tangible that users can test and provide feedback on.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with SMEs and business teams to understand existing processes, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
• Identify manual and repetitive activities where AI can create meaningful efficiencies.
• Translate business needs into practical AI solutions and agents.
• Build, test, and iterate AI agents in collaboration with end users.
• Quickly prototype solutions and put them into users' hands to gather feedback and validate ideas.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
• Continuously look for new opportunities to improve processes, save time, and enable scalability through AI.
• Take ownership of solutions from initial idea through testing and iteration.

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x/week) in our Bogotá office.
• Advanced English level for verbal communication, daily.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand how people work, even when they are not technical.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI and AI agents, with the ability to build and implement practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore how AI can improve existing processes.
• A highly proactive and hands-on mindset, with a bias toward experimentation and action.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and move quickly from an idea to a working prototype.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders.
• A user-focused mindset and willingness to iterate based on real-world feedback.
