  • 將年度人才發展計畫，變成一場場精彩的學習活動並負責執行。

  • 管理與追蹤團隊成員的學習歷程，讓每個人的成長軌跡都能被看見。

  • 擔任內部活動的主持人或引導師，帶動現場學習氣氛。

  • 運用數據分析，找出優化學習體驗的機會點，並協助團隊專案順利推進。

背景／能力要求

  • 具備 3 年以上活動企劃與執行的經驗，最好也懂點文案設計。

  • 對人才發展、學習成長等 HR 議題有熱情。

  • 擅長溝通協調，邏輯清晰，能站上台講話也不怯場。

  • 做事細心、有責任感，熟悉 Excel 進階功能或 AI 工具會更加分。
