- 神権指導者との連絡（英語も使用）
- 教師との連絡、事務手続きの訓練やサポート（英語も使用）
- クラスと教師のスケジュールの管理、教材の配送、建物や機材の管理等、クラス運営のサポート
- 会計処理、予算管理、物品購入等
- 電話対応や受付業務
- 特別なプロジェクトやイベントの企画や運営
- 有効な神殿推薦状を保持している方（代理のバプテスマと確認のための推薦状は不可）
- 2年以上の実務経験を有する方
- 優れた対人スキルを有する方
- パソコンスキルを有する方（Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point）
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力を有する方
- 協調性のある方
- 人格的に成熟していて、誠実であり、守秘義務を守ることができる方
