职位主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities
1、 完成公司下达的销售指标；每日/每周/每月跟踪店内指标的完成进度汇报给直接上
级；分析销售报告及数据，向上级提供合理化建议。
2、 每日反馈货品情况，包括但不限于缺货 SKU、新品销售、滞销品销售、竞品动态等。
3、 每日设置本店的货品安全库存，确保货品流转及时；严格把控存货动态及准确性，
预测新品与铺货；申请季度的退货。
4、 安排本店人员的日常排班、调班、休假，并对店铺人员进行考勤监督。根据公司考
核政策对本店人员的考评。
5、 带教店员，包括但不限于产品知识、销售技巧等，针对店员销售过程出现的问题予
以指导。
6、 确保店铺陈列符合标准，保证店铺环境整洁。
7、 确保团队时刻保持仪容仪表整洁，灵活处理工作中的突发事件，确保店铺正常运营。
8、 与商场及公司各部门保持良好的沟通，不断寻找提升店铺的机会。
任职要求：Qualifications
1、高中以上学历；
2、普通话良好，能进行简单的英语沟通；
3、具有5年以上零售经验，其中3年以上店辅管理经验者优先考虑；
4、具有的商业意识及行业洞察力
5、具有较强销售分析能力、沟通协调能力
6、以身作则，有高度的责任心和敬业精神，乐观积极，团队管理能力
7、掌握VM知识以及日常的计算机操作
