Job Description:
负责工厂外部仓库管理工作
Responsibilities
-管理外部仓库以及第三方物流（3PL）团队，保障业务交付，确保严格遵循SOP，满足安全、质量相关要求，包含SOP与作业指导书（WI）的编制与管理；
-负责工厂与外部仓库之间成品、原材料、包装物料的流转管理；
- 挖掘运营环节价值提升机会；设计并牵头端到端供应链协同改善项目，覆盖工厂仓库、物流、供应商板块，以合理成本，实现服务与运营卓越 ；
-编写作业SOP，开展人员培训；负责内外部系统日常操作、记录与报表工作，保障SOP落地执行，确保各业务系统每日数据准确一致；
-负责FLCC业务以及第三方物流服务商的绩效管理；
-负责工厂与外部仓库之间物料交接的日常运作，包含物料叫料、退料、成品临时存储等，满足生产需求；保障供应商交货准时。
-作为WMS/SAP相关系统用户，汇总并提出业务需求；协同内部专家、外部供应商推进数字化方案，主导用户测试、培训、落地实施以及复盘评审，确保新方案可以适配实际业务，达成业务目标
Qualifications
-大专及以上学历，物流、计算机相关专业优先
-5年及以上仓库管理或供应链管理相关工作经验
-必须具备独立仓库管理实操经验
-熟悉WMS仓库管理系统，有SAP使用经验优先
