Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom while ensuring adherence to established SOPs and operational standards.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
  • Ensure smooth store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Monitor key business metrics including conversion rates, customer retention, inventory turnover, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement local sales initiatives to maximize footfall and business growth.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and support in-store marketing activities.

Financial Management

  • Own the showroom P&L and ensure optimal utilization of operational budgets.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability while identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Inventory & Operations Control

  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention.
  • Monitor inventory movement and optimize stock levels to improve inventory turnover.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams to maintain product availability.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and skill development.

Customer Experience

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
  • Drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and long-term retention.

Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement across store operations and business processes.
  • Maintain accurate operational reports and business performance dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a retail showroom, preferably within the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Experience managing store profitability and P&L.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outstanding service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of showroom operations and visual merchandising.
  • Experience planning and executing in-store marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with retail POS and inventory management systems.
