About this role
Descripción de la vacante:
Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar la estrategia integral de marketing B2B de la organización, construyendo el área desde cero para generar posicionamiento de marca, impulsar la generación de demanda, fortalecer la relación con clientes y contribuir al crecimiento comercial mediante estrategias basadas en datos y resultados.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing B2B alineada con los objetivos comerciales.
- Construir el área de marketing desde cero, definiendo procesos, herramientas, indicadores y mejores prácticas.
- Desarrollar e implementar campañas de generación de demanda (Lead Generation).
- Diseñar estrategias de inbound y outbound marketing para atraer y convertir prospectos.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Publicidad o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de marketing.
- Experiencia comprobable en marketing B2B.
- Experiencia en la creación y desarrollo de un departamento o estrategia de marketing desde cero.
- Experiencia en generación de demanda, branding, marketing digital y apoyo a equipos comerciales.
- Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio/ Avanzado.
