- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office applications.
- Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of telecommunication systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and provide clear instructions.
