We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our Information Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern IT environment where you will play a key role in supporting business operations, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and contributing to ongoing technology and cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing timely and professional technical support to end users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and business application issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and other corporate IT systems.
• Assisting with network, Wi-Fi and connectivity support.
• Maintaining accurate IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Supporting IT infrastructure upgrades, technology rollouts and digital transformation projects.
• Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
• Delivering user training and promoting best practices in the effective and secure use of technology.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services and customer experience.

What we're looking for:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in an IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.

Professional certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL Foundation will be considered an asset.
