IT Project Manager( New Product Implementation Project )

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading insurance product development or product implementation initiatives within the life insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance product lifecycle, including product design, regulatory approval, system implementation, testing, and product launch.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects involving Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Actuarial, and Technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong knowledge of insurance core systems and processes, including policy administration, underwriting, policy servicing, and claims-related integrations.
• Experience leading business requirements gathering, solution design review, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Strong governance and reporting experience, including preparation of executive-level status updates, steering committee materials, and decision papers.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to insurance product development and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering new life insurance product launches.
• Knowledge of insurance product configuration, policy administration platforms, and digital distribution capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role Summary
