Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business dei principali players in ambito Financial Services, Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, Telco & Media, Pharma attraverso l'efficientamento e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni.

Entrerai a far parte di un team in rapida ascesa dedicato al mondo del Project Management, sia su framework tradizionali/waterfall che in ambito agile (Scrum/SAFe).

Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione digitale dei principali players italiani, dando spazio alle tue idee e fornendo il contributo innovativo che hai sempre desiderato grazie anche all'accesso alle vaste competenze del nostro brand e network internazionale.

Sarai coinvolto in progetti di consulenza in ambito Project Management aiutando i nostri clienti principalmente nei seguenti ambiti:

  • Attività di governance e PMO

  • Gestione E2E di nuovi progetti, dalla fase di setup all'execution, con periodiche attività di testing e go-to-live, migration strategy, ecc.

  • Studio e presidio delle principali metodologie Agile e Waterfall

Your unique strength

  • Hai conseguito o stai conseguendo una laurea magistrale in ambito economico, management, ingegneria gestionale o informatica.

  • Hai almeno 3 anni di esperienza precedente nel settore.

  • Parli e scrivi in inglese fluentemente.

  • Sei in grado di trovare soluzioni funzionali e innovative a progetti complessi.

  • Hai una forte passione per il mondo IT e nell'uso di strumenti tecnologici/informatici.

  • Sai lavorare per obiettivi e metterti in gioco con passione.

  • Sei un team worker e hai buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.

  • Sei motivato all'attività di consulenza in settori complessi e sfidanti.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
