In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and support of service provisioning, performance assurance, operational escalation management, project fulfillment, and providing consulting guidance. You will evaluate infrastructure needs, contribute to solution recommendations for site networking and telephony implementations, and support end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution in an open, collaborative environment.

  • Digital Fluency: You are an expert in modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace) and have a foundational understanding of Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity standards.

  • Communication Mastery: You can explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in both Spanish and English, ensuring everyone is aligned.

  • The ITIL Mindset: You understand the value of the process. You use ITIL best practices to optimize incident resolution and problem prevention.
