At Shure, we're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our regional support team across Europe, the UK, and India, and ensure our Associates have the tools, services, and support they need to succeed every day.

Working closely with business and IT leaders around the globe, you'll ensure outstanding user experience while helping us evolve our services, tools, and processes for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of IT Support Analysts across the UK, Europe, and India, fostering a collaborative and high-performing support culture.
  • Ensure exceptional end-user support by overseeing the timely resolution of incidents and service requests while meeting established service levels and customer expectations.
  • Drive service excellence by managing support operations, ticket queues, escalations, and regional SLA performance.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to continuously enhance the Associate experience and align support services with business needs.
  • Oversee hardware, software, and workplace technology support, ensuring reliable and efficient system operations.
  • Identify recurring issues, analyze support trends, and implement process improvements that increase service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage regional vendors, technology assets, software licensing, and support-related budget activities.
  • Develop and deliver user training, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage continuous learning across the support organization.
  • Lead performance management, mentoring, workforce planning, and career development initiatives for team members and contractors.
  • Champion ITIL-based service management practices and support a global follow-the-sun support model focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Around 7 years of experience in IT systems and services
  • Proven experience ibn a desktop support role, with a strong understanding of industry practices and company policies
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with a motivational mindset and a passion for team development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in technical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across all levels of the business.
  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable setting goals, managing schedules, and ensuring teams follow processes and meet performance expectations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management and a drive for continuous improvement
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Strong technical judgment in selecting the right tools, methods, and approaches to resolve complex IT challenges efficiently and effectively.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity. The salary for this position ranges from Euro 77.000 to Euro 123.000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we might be flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
