Job Description

The Key Tasks You Will Perform

• Administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Deploy and support API integrations, webhooks, and basic workflow automations to support operational efficiency.
• Support infrastructure-as-code deployments using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Write and maintain operational scripts using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and assist with root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and support for infrastructure, network, endpoint, identity, and access tickets.
• Maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures, configurations, and playbooks.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (equivalent practical experience considered)
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support or administration
• Working scripting knowledge in at least one scripting language (Python)
• Working knowledge of main cloud providers (AWS)
• Exposure to automating routine operational tasks using serverless or workflow platforms
• Good troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, or Linux environments
