Job Description

Job description:

• Act as a functional expert to collect, challenge and agree on business requirements for digitalizing business processes;
• Translate business requirements/processes into functional specifications and give detailed judgement on business complexity to promote simplification;
• Act as a product owner for the business processes and be responsible for the communication and cooperation between business and IT development teams;
• Write and maintain best practice documentation and train administrators and key users;
• Ensure level 2 support during transition life cycle (deployment) and level 3 support during operational life cycle;
• Audit and review use of the new tools to ensure implementation of best practice processes;
• Model the requirements into user stories (work items for development team) with the appropriate set of artefacts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (maximum 500 characters (not including spaces) for short position posting and for posting on Eurofins website and career portals)

Profile description:

• Self-motivated, professional team player with customer focus;
• Affinity with and good understanding of IT concepts and digital technologies;
• Attention to detail, assertive.
• University degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science or similar educational background;
• Efficient time management and high quality attitude;
• Experience in agile development methods (scrum), preferably using Azure DevOps;
• Preferable: experience with workflows and related IT solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in analysing, describing and challenging processes and workflows;
• Knowledge of UML and other tool to create diagrams, tools to create wireframes
• Master’s degree in business administration / commercial sciences / computer sciences;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Knowledge of service oriented software architecture;
