IT Administrator

As our IT Administrator (f/m/d) based in our Berlin office you will be fulfilling three challenging tasks at our company: System Administration, Automation, Process & AI and Project Management. With your expertise in system administration, you feel at home in the IT world and love to deliver solutions to problems around Tier 1 & Tier 2  & Tier 3 level support.

Whether IT onboarding, employee laptop struggles or network problems in the office - as an internal IT consultant you will have an open ear for our Wunderflatties and Wunderflats Subtenants in the Office Building, and the right solution for every problem. You feel comfortable in a scale-up environment, working independently, building new (automated) processes, optimizing existing ones and working on various cross-functional projects that help us achieve our company goals and take Wunderflats to the next level.

This is a new position that comes with a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to grow and expand the IT department with us - with you as the key leader for that. Are you ready?

YOUR MISSION

• Whether it's setting up new software, problems with the Macbook or network problems in the office - as an internal IT consultant you have an open ear for our Wunderflatties, are there and simply find the right solution for every problem.
• Every month you welcome our new Wunderflatties with their laptops (usually Macbooks) and train them on IT, Macbook usage and answer all their related technical questions.
• You manage our IT partnerships, challenge them, negotiate contracts and monitor payment models. Your focus will be on automating processes.
• We work hybrid. For this, you make sure everything is above board and we are protected from cyber-attacks.

YOUR PROFILE

• You thrive when it comes to IT topics and have shined for at least 3 years as an IT administrator or in a similar role.
• You love the vibe of a startup, feel comfortable in fast-paced environments, and are ready to join us on our way to the top. #scalescalescale
• You don't need to be told what to do. You know what to do! And, if not, you will find a solution on your own (or with the help of your team, of course)!
• Plus, you're able to manage your own workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• #itsallaboutdata - you know how to deal with data, numbers, and metrics because you are a real analyst and know-how using the right data can lead us to more efficiency.
• You can communicate with everyone - no matter if it is a techie or a non-techie. In English and in German (at least B1).
