This role is focused on supporting investigator and site engagement across clinical trials through the management of study-specific investigator portals. Working closely with study teams, site personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver effective communication, engagement strategies, and portal operations that enhance the study site experience throughout the trial lifecycle.

We are interested in speaking with individuals who have experience working within clinical research and have hands-on experience using investigator portals or similar site engagement platforms. • Create, maintain, and publish portal content including news posts, communications, surveys, forms, dashboards, and study resources.
  • Coordinate portal launches and ongoing portal activities with study teams and external vendors.
  • Support portal user management and provide business support to stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with study teams related to portal planning, implementation, and ongoing study conduct.
  • Monitor portal activity and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve the site experience.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve portal-related issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Contribute to process improvements, training activities, operational documentation, and best practice development.
  • Support broader site engagement initiatives and technology-related projects as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience working within clinical trials or clinical research.
  • Experience using investigator portals or similar clinical technology platforms that support study sites and investigators.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and study conduct.
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating communications, newsletters, site-facing content, or engagement materials.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to analyse and present information effectively.
  • Ability to work successfully within global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional clinical trials.
  • Experience working directly with study teams, investigators, sites, or clinical technology vendors.
  • Experience delivering training, onboarding, or user support.
  • Knowledge of site engagement strategies and change management principles.
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous.
