지금까지 각 IP 조직이 상품별로 제조 파트너를 찾고 생산과 유통을 개별적으로 운영해 왔다면, 앞으로는 여러 IP가 함께 활용할 수 있는 전사 머천다이징 전문 체계를 구축하고자 합니다.
신규로 설립되는 IP MD Hub는 각 IP 조직이 좋은 상품을 기획하고 의사결정하는 데 집중할 수 있도록, 제조/소싱, 거래처 관리, 계약, 판매 채널 운영 등 상품화 과정의 공통 기반을 전문적으로 지원하고 체계화하는 조직입니다.
상품의 방향과 출시 시점, 최종 의사결정은 각 IP PO(상품 총괄)가 담당하며, Hub는 제조 유통 전문성을 바탕으로 상품이 적정한 원가와 품질, 일정 안에서 실제 시장에 구현될 수 있도록 함께합니다.
이 포지션은 이미 만들어진 조직을 운영하는 역할이 아닙니다.
여러 IP가 지속적으로 좋은 상품을 만들어낼 수 있는 공통 운영체계와 파트너 네트워크를 처음부터 설계하고, 향후 필요한 팀과 전문성을 함께 만들어가는 그 “첫 번째” 리더입니다.
