About this role

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips. 

  • Accurately store, label, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. 

  • Pick, stage, and issue materials for production, maintenance, or customer orders. 

  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. 

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. 

  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions using the company's ERP system. 

  • Prepare shipping and receiving documentation. 

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (as authorized). 

  • Follow all NOV safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. 

  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations. 
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification may be required.
  • Ability to work independently an as part of a team.
