Група компаній терміново шукає юриста-міжнародника для супроводу масштабної міжнародної діяльності та комплексного вирішення юридичних кейсів.
Головне про роль: Позиція у стабільній групі компаній із виходом на міжнародні ринки (ЄС, UK, Туреччина, ОАЕ). Робота передбачає повний юридичний супровід контрактів, взаємодію з іноземними банками та фінансовими інституціями.
Ключові обов’язки:
Підготовка, детальний аналіз та супровід міжнародних договорів.
Оперативна взаємодія з міжнародними банками та фінансовими інституціями.
Формування та перевірка інвойсів, юридичний супровід платіжних документів.
Консультування внутрішніх команд з юридичних питань міжнародної діяльності.
Ефективне ведення клієнтських кейсів.
Вимоги до кандидата:
Освіта та досвід: вища юридична освіта; від 3 років досвіду у сфері міжнародного права (ЄС, UK, Туреччина, ОАЕ).
Експертність: глибокий досвід роботи з міжнародними договорами та банківськими установами.
Мови: вільне володіння англійською мовою (володіння іншими мовами буде значною перевагою).
Soft Skills: висока уважність до деталей, розвинене аналітичне мислення, командність.
Буде плюсом: практичний досвід отримання фінтех-, крипто- або геймінг-ліцензій.
