Job Description:

We’re looking for a communications professional who combines analytical rigor with creative flair. This role will help develop and execute a global internal communications strategy that keeps employees across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and Mumbai informed, engaged, and aligned with the firm's business priorities, culture, and values. The ideal candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious communicator who thrives in a collaborative, global environment and is eager to learn about our business, our clients, and the asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communications Support: Collaborate on global internal communications initiatives, helping to develop and execute communications plans that align with business goals while partnering closely with regional teams and external communications colleagues to ensure consistent, integrated messaging.

  • Content Development: Write and edit a range of content, including employee announcements, FAQs, intranet content, and web content that informs employees and strengthens the firm's reputation.

  • Global Town Halls: Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of global town halls, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop agendas, messaging and supporting materials, while managing the technology and production required for a seamless global broadcast.

  • Channel Management: Help manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, email newsletters, videos, collaboration platforms, and digital signage, ensuring content is timely, engaging, and accessible.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships with colleagues across Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, regional communications teams, and business leaders to develop and deliver timely, consistent communications that support strategic priorities and align with the firm's broader messaging.

  • Research and Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for internal engagement. Prepare analyses that support business objectives and keep the team informed of relevant market developments.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, compiling regular reports that measure impact, identify trends, and inform future communications strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or PR, preferably in financial services or asset management. Previous PR agency experience is a plus, as is experience supporting global organizations or working across multiple regions.

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute internal communications strategies, with a track record of delivering clear, engaging messaging that informs, aligns, and inspires employees. Experience collaborating across regions and partnering with internal and external communications teams is preferred.

  • Judgment and Collaboration: Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Execution and Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or a related writing-intensive discipline is preferred.

  • Tools and Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
