Descripción del empleo
El Practicante de Tráfico brinda apoyo en las actividades relacionadas con transporte, embarques, recepción y distribución dentro del departamento de logística. Colabora en el seguimiento de operaciones de importación, la gestión de documentación para MVE, procesamiento a guías de paquetería, cumpliendo con los procedimientos de la empresa.
Responsabilidades Principales
Dar seguimiento y monitorear las actividades de transporte para asegurar entregas a tiempo.
Actualizar y mantener registros de bases de datos para la administración de pagos de transporte y servicios de AA.
Apoyar en la preparación de documentos de embarque de materiales a centro de distribución.
Ayudar en el análisis de costos de transporte e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
Monitorear y actualizar KPI's de desempeño logístico y generar reportes.
Brindar soporte en actividades de control de inventarios y operaciones de almacén cuando sea requerido.
Investigar discrepancias en embarques, retrasos y problemas relacionados.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos logísticos.
Ingreso a SAP de facturas de servicios y NPM's
Requisitos
Estudiante activo de Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Logística o Comercio y Negocios Internacionales.
Conocimientos básicos de logística, transporte y cadena de suministro.
Manejo de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
Buenas habilidades de organización y comunicación.
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples tareas.
Inglés básico
