Job Description

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Intern Supply Chain you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Order Management & SAP Tracking

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders within SAP R/3; monitor and follow up on open orders pending supplier confirmations.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite urgent or delayed deliveries and maintain accurate shipment tracking information in SAP R/3.

Logistics & Documentation

• Monitor daily inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time warehouse arrivals.
• Prepare, verify, and execute export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Perform billing verification by reconciling vendor invoices against shipping and delivery documents; maintain accurate logistics records.

Administrative Support

• Support the Supply Chain team with data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
