Intern Process Engineer

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and productivity
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing manufacturing and operational data
• Support the creation and updating of reports, presentations, and process documentation
• Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis activities
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams on assigned projects
• Assist in monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying improvement opportunities
• Support the standardization and documentation of manufacturing processes
• Participate in plant observations and improvement activities to enhance operational performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• Availability to work part-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, process engineering, and continuous improvement
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency is a plus
