Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support equipment improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing solutions to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collect and analyze equipment data to identify issues and support data-driven improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, and manufacturing equipment principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

PREFERRED/SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of PLC, programming, and automation systems, combined with exposure to digitalization and Industry 4.0 practices such as IoT-based equipment monitoring, data analytics, or dashboard development is an advantage.
