The Position

Praktikum im Bereich Inclusion & Belonging International

Das Inclusion & Belonging International (I&B) Office bildet das Herzstück unserer People & Culture-Strategie. Dieses Praktikum bietet dir die einmalige Gelegenheit, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln, Strategien mitzugestalten und ein wirklich inklusives Umfeld zu prägen. Deine Möglichkeiten

In dieser Rolle schaust du nicht nur zu, sondern treibst nachhaltigen kulturellen Wandel aktiv voran. Du arbeitest eng mit dem internationalen I&B-Team zusammen und vernetzt dich mit Führungskräften, Projektmanager:innen sowie lokalen Impact Networks (Employee Resource Groups). Du wirst Teil der lebendigen, multikulturellen Community des Roche Intern Networks und erhältst Mentoring von erfahrenen I&B-Expert:innen – abgerundet durch attraktive Benefits.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Country Impact Network & Community Enablement: Du agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für die deutschen Impact Networks (Business/Employee Resource Groups) von Roche. Du unterstützt sie bei der Ressourcenverteilung, der Vorbereitung von Aktionstagen zur kulturellen Sensibilisierung sowie bei der Kommunikationsarbeit.
  • Projektmanagement & Operations: Du unterstützt bei der Lösung komplexer Aufgaben und den Kern-Deliverables des Teams. Zudem treibst du das Tagesgeschäft unter Einsatz von KI-Systemen und innovativen Methoden aktiv voran.
  • Engagement & Kommunikation: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Netzwerk-Aktionen sowie internen und externen Events. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du Nachbereitungen, Erfolgsmessungen und Social-Media-Aktivitäten.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:
  • Ausbildung: Du bist aktuell in einem Masterstudiengang immatrikuliert (idealerweise mit Bezug zu Inclusion & Belonging, z. B. Psychologie, BWL, Soziologie, HR, Global Studies)
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Daten, erkennst Trends und kannst Zahlen in klare, ansprechende PowerPoint- oder Google-Slides-Präsentationen übersetzen.
  • Organisation: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere parallele Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Matrixumfeld zu koordinieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachen sind ein Pluspunkt.

Deine Benefits & Rahmenbedingungen

  • Einsatzort: Mannheim oder Penzberg (Großraum München) / Hybrides Arbeiten möglich
  • Zeitraum: nach Vereinbarung für die Dauer von 6 Monaten
  • Vergütung: 2.268 € / Monat für ein Vollzeit-Praktikum (> 3 Monate)
  • Arbeitszeit: Flexible Zeiteinteilung
