PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and developments.
Assist in product information verification, data validation, and quality checks.
Support Product Managers throughout the product development process, including:
- Preparation of documents and presentation materials
- Review of product-related materials
- Translation of content
- Product benchmarking and comparison
- Other product development and administrative tasks as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
