About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused intern to work on CRM campaigns, in-app experiences, promotions, and online merchandising. The ideal candidate should have exposure to CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
This is not a technical, coding, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Push, Email, WhatsApp and other CRM campaigns.
- Create segments, campaigns and customer journeys on CRM platforms.
- Manage campaign calendars, promotions and user engagement activities.
- Work on in-app banners, collections, product placements and storefronts.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content and Category teams to take campaigns live.
- Support online merchandising and promotional campaigns.
- Track basic metrics such as CTR, open rates and conversions using Excel/Google Sheets.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year experience in CRM, Online Merchandising, E-commerce, Category Operations, Campaign Management or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of storefronts, banners, promotions, campaigns and customer journeys.
- Creative, detail-oriented and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working with basic data and campaign metrics.
