Job Description

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Intern to join our Automation, Digitalization & AI team. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and process improvement. As an Intern – Automation, Digitalization & AI, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities

• Support automation and digitalization initiatives across Central IT and business functions by identifying repetitive or manual processes and exploring opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Support the development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Explore and prototype practical applications of AI and Generative AI to improve productivity and support teams in identifying suitable use cases for AI adoption.
• Assist with process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation, including developing dashboards, workflows, and prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions.
• Track and communicate the impact of digitalization initiatives, including time savings, productivity improvements, and efficiency gains.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, presentations, and training materials while collaborating with IT colleagues, business stakeholders, and regional/global teams on digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Digital Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in IT, automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processes and translate problems into practical digital solutions.
• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and learning independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
• Structured, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Good command of English.
