Intern - AP

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist with the processing of vendor invoices, including data entry and matching purchase orders.
* Support the Accounts Payable team in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
* Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
* Assist with month-end closing activities for the AP department.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
* Participate in special projects and initiatives within the finance department.
* Adhere to all company compliance and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Prior internship experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus but not required.
