Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Apoiar a equipe em todas as questões operacionais;
• Atualizar dados em sistema;
• Realizar contato e parceria com clientes via telefone, e-mail, call, chat;
• Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas e relatórios;
• Atendimento de clientes através de e-mail, telefone, Teams
• Realização de cadastro de clientes no sistema;
• Atualização dos dados dos clientes no sistema;
• Realização e envio de propostas comerciais aos clientes;
• Contato com os gerentes de contas para análise e revisão das cotações;
• Interação com time interno para atualizações e follow up dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Cursando Superior em Administração de Empresas, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
• Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office.

• Horário de trabalho: segunda à sexta-feira das 9h às 16h
