Integrated Business Director

About the role

Within our creative agency, Droga5, we are looking for an Integrated Business Director to lead complex client relationships, drive integrated marketing programs, and bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that moves people, culture and business outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, social, PR and client partnership. You'll be responsible for aligning diverse stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams and helping our clients solve their most important business challenges through connected, impactful work.

What you'll do

• Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Drive integrated marketing programs across brand, social, earned and content channels.
• Partner with strategy, creative, production and media teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Align multiple stakeholder groups around a shared vision and roadmap.
• Champion bold, innovative thinking that drives growth and builds brand equity.
• Manage commercial performance, campaign delivery and business growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure integrated campaigns are delivered efficiently while maintaining creative excellence.

REPORTING

You’ll sit within the Sydney Business Management team, reporting into a Group Business Director.
