Required Qualifications
- Interest in a sales role that includes prospecting and meeting production goals.
- Willingness to obtain the required California insurance licenses.
- Fluency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer-facing sales experience or other customer-facing experience in areas such as retail sales, hospitality, automotive sales, banking, real estate, recruiting, or similar roles.
- Experience working in goal-driven environments, with demonstrated sales results and exposure to commission-based sales roles.
- Business development and leadership experience.
- Interest in future agency ownership.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Experience with phone-based sales conversations, handling objections, closing sales leads, and building customer relationships through follow-up.
- Existing insurance licenses.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- A defined path to agency ownership within 4-12 months
