Job Description of Position Incumbent

  1. To maximise plant availability, improving productivity and minimizing maintenance cost for Kiln, Coal mill & wagon tippler section
  2. Doing calibration of weigh feeders, Rotascle, Coriolis as required and maintaining records for same.
  3. Regularly checking of gas Analysers , stack monitors and maintaining the recors.
  4. Checking of hydraulic system like IKN cooler, FLS CB cooler and Piffer, mill hydraluics & Wagon tippler hydraulics
  5. Regular upkeep of all conveyor safety devices and Bag filters
  6. Preparation for cost estimation, finalizing technical specifications and planning for execution for new/Capex jobs
  7. Maintaining Pi system & Data historian for the plant.
  8. Safety standards implementation, safety enhancement at workplace, ISO/WCM system implementation
  9. Develop Self and subordinates development, People management
