What You Will Do:
Reporting directly to the global leader of learning and development, you will lead three team members in end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions for needs ranging from compliance needs to ways of working and leadership training. You will manage your time to manage team success and take on some development yourself. Solutions include elearning, live and virtual instructor-led training, job aids and knowledge management, and AI agents. 

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 
  • 10 or more years of professional experience in related areas.
  • Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
  • Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology
  • Ability to communicate expertise into feedback that grows team skill
  • Experience in efficient utilization of instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks, boost productivity, and create engaging work products
  • Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs, translate into training program design, and manage feedback from subject matter experts with competing priorities for their time.
  • Deep project management experience to create and manage project timelines, communicate risk, and react to urgent priorities with agility.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for project file management to streamline periodic project updates and report accurately for data audits.
  • Please be ready to show work samples.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience
  • Additional instructional design tool experience

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
