Job Description Summary
As the Instructional Design Intern for the Contrast Media Business, you will provide expertise in the design, development and integration of interactive multimedia and online technologies into educational and professional training environments in support of learning and performance. The end-user for learning materials is the commercial team (sales representatives and managers). Expected commitment 16+ hours weekly.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Instructional design work following the ADDIE process and best practices for Adult Learning
- eLearning design and development using Articulate 360 applications, Vyond, Adobe suite, and other creation tools
- Program management and curriculum development
- Evaluation of existing and future learning materials
- Potential for LMS (learning management system) tasks and operations
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent certification) related to Instructional Design completed or in progress
- Portfolio submission strongly preferred, showcasing instructional design work created with tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content development platforms
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
