Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deepen existing relationships with institutional clients including corporates, trusts, family offices, endowments, and HNI/UHNI family pools
- Identify and acquire new institutional mandates
- Understand client investment objectives and provide suitable product recommendations aligned with DSP's fund offerings
- Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to structure solutions for complex institutional requirements
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments relevant to institutional flows
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk & compliance frameworks
- Represent DSP Mutual Fund at industry forums, client events, and investment committee meetings
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of experience in financial services- asset management, private banking, wealth management, broking, or allied sectors
- Demonstrated track record of managing institutional clients, large corporates, or family office relationships
- Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes- mutual funds, fixed income, equity, or equivalent
- Existing relationships with institutional investors or family offices in the respective city is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- NISM Series V-A certified (preferred); willingness to certify if not already done
