About this role

  • Preocuparse por la seguridad en sitio aplicando buenas prácticas de seguridad, enfatizando la identificación proactiva de riesgos y los principios de STOP & GO.
  • Gestionar la comunicación en sitio con el cliente para las actividades diarias de instalación, manteniendo una coordinación continua con el Supervisor de Campo.
  • Administrar el entorno de instalación del equipo durante las actividades de montaje.
  • Realizar la recepción, inspección y almacenamiento de materiales. Garantizar la seguridad de los equipos entregados mediante un almacenamiento adecuado y un manejo correcto en obra.
  • Ejecutar la instalación de acuerdo con los métodos de trabajo y el cronograma previamente establecidos.
  • Ser responsable de realizar instalaciones de alta calidad y dentro de los plazos establecidos, siguiendo los métodos de instalación de KONE durante todo el proceso, principalmente conforme a las instrucciones AM.
  • Reportar el avance de la instalación al Supervisor de Campo.
  • Mantener las herramientas y equipos de instalación seguros y en buenas condiciones.
  • Promover el uso de formularios de retroalimentación de calidad y contribuir proactivamente a la mejora continua del producto mediante comentarios y retroalimentación a la cadena de suministro.
  • Reaccionar rápidamente ante eventos inesperados, comunicándose de inmediato con el Supervisor de Campo.
  • Aplicar los principios Lean para evitar interrupciones en el trabajo y participar de manera constante en las iniciativas de reuniones diarias (huddles), promoviendo su adopción dentro del equipo.
