Inside Sales Manager (Fully Remote)

The Role We Need: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team, which is converting traditional property owners and real estate investors into PadSplit hosts. This role requires strong leadership, where the sales team can benefit from structured guidance, performance evaluation, and skill development with the goal to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the coliving space. The Sales Manager’s expertise in sales techniques and performance management will equip their team to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The Person We Are Looking For: We need someone who possesses strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management at a start-up, and the will to win (when you put your name on a goal it happens) .  A strong candidate will have the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team, drive results through strategic planning and execution, and cultivate strong internal and external relationships to drive revenue growth.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, creativity, and results-driven mindset, capable of implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
