Inside Sales - Intern

Inside Sales intern will work closely with the Business Development team to produce accurate reports, analyze data trends, and assist with Local Content (IKTVA) activities. This role involves maintaining trackers, preparing presentations, coordinating documentation, and contributing to KPI reporting, providing a solid foundation in corporate strategy and operations.

1. Business Developments Support

• Maintain project trackers, and business documentation.  
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate information required for reports and projects. 
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items. 

• Support administrative and operational activities within the Business Development function. 

  2. Business Reporting & Analysis

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate business data from multiple sources. 
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and management presentations. 
  • Assist in analyzing business performance and identifying trends. 

  3. Local Content & IKTVA Support

  • Support Local Content and IKTVA reporting activities. 
  • Maintain IKTVA documentation, trackers, and supporting records. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data required for Local Content reporting. 
  • Assist in monitoring Local Content KPIs and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. 

  4. Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organized and audit-ready. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data management, and administrative processes. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through standardization and documentation of business processes. 

  5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Business Development Director or Supervisor. 
  • Perform other duties consistent with the objectives of the internship program. 

• Bachelor in MIS, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
