About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT sales, SAP/ERP sales, technology consulting, or IT services, with strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and pipeline management.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and connecting with potential clients for SAP consulting, implementation, support, staffing, and other IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Identify and engage potential clients looking for SAP/ERP and IT consulting services.
  • Connect with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, HR Heads, IT Heads, SAP Managers, Procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into business.
  • Work closely with Sales, Presales, SAP Consultants, and Recruitment teams.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, meetings, pipeline, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / IT Sales / SAP Sales / ERP Sales.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Good understanding of SAP, ERP, IT consulting, or technology services.
  • Strong LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level business and technology stakeholders.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite from our Noida office.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling SAP consulting or SAP staffing services.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP HCM, or other SAP solutions.
  • Experience with international clients, particularly US, Europe, or APAC markets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Existing professional network on LinkedIn.
