Es handelt sich um einen auf neun Monate befristeten Vertrag zur Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Einführung eines ERP-Systems. Die Position dient als Vertretung für unseren derzeitigen Inside Sales Engineer, der in das Projekt wechselt.
Wichtige Aufgaben der Position:
- Neukundenakquisition
- Erstellen von Angeboten und Angebotsnachverfolgung
- Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen, Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Folgedokumenten
- Planung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen
- Kundenkorrespondenz telefonisch und schriftlich national und international
- Technische und kaufmännische Beratung der Kunden
- Nutzung und Pflege des ERP Systems im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung sowie Stammdatenpflege und -neuanlage
- Aufbereitung und Pflege von statistischen Auswertungen
- Gelegentliche Kundenbesuche vor Ort nach Bedarf
- Zusammenarbeit und Abgleich mit den Fachabteilungen im Unternehmen
- Erledigung von Tätigkeiten im Einkauf
- Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens national und International
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen an Lieferanten
- Anlage, Nachverfolgung und Begleitung von Bestellvorgängen inklusive Import-Vorgänge und dazugehörige Tätigkeiten
- Anlage und Pflege von Artikeln im ERP System
- Erledigung von Tätigkeiten im Bereich Versand/Faktura
- Korrespondenz mit Transportdienstleistern innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens national und international
- Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen für den Warenversand inklusive Exportvorgänge und dazugehörige Tätigkeiten
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Speditionsaufträgen und Aufträgen zum Paketversand
- Unterstützung bei internen Projekten
- Andere zumutbare Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der betrieblichen Notwendigkeiten
Qualifications
- Qualifizierte technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Vertriebsorientiertes, selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office-Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
