About the role We’re looking for our next Inside Sales Associate to join the Inside Sales Team in Barcelona. You will manage and develop a portfolio of Italian schools while also building new business opportunities over time. This role combines consultative sales, customer success, and training responsibilities. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this person will work closely with the Regional Manager EMEA and other regional stakeholders to execute the strategy for Italy, support schools throughout the customer lifecycle, and strengthen Edpuzzle's local presence. The role requires someone comfortable navigating the specifics of the Italian education market, including public school procurement and government-linked partnerships.
