Une offre de poste intitulé « Ingénieur Support Produits (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Defence & Space CyberSecurity sur son site d’Elancourt.

Vous intégrerez le département Engineering qui a pour mission d'assurer la sécurité « by Design » des systèmes d’information, d’intégrer des logiciels et équipements de sécurité, de les déployer chez nos clients et de former les utilisateurs.

Ce département développe des produits dont une plateforme de cyber-entrainement, pour réaliser des formations et des exercices de cybersécurité et une solution d’analyse de fichiers pour détecter des fichiers malveillants.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vos principales missions dans ce poste seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer le support technique pour nos clients.

  • Garantir le traitement des Faits Techniques dans le respect des SLAs

  • Effectuer des installations de plateforme et des mises à jour logicielles.

  • Garantir la qualité des livraisons pour nos clients

  • Rédiger et maintenir à jour les documentations techniques (Architectures, procedures, FAQ, etc) ainsi que les documentations/présentations destinées aux clients (Présentation, Guide apprentissage, etc)

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous avez 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste équivalent et vous avez les compétences suivantes :

  • Maitrise des principaux systèmes d’exploitation (principalement Linux) et des réseaux

  • Maitrise des technologies de virtualisation (notamment KVM)

  • Maitrise d’outils tels que Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana.

  • Bonne connaissance du domaine de la cybersécurité

  • Autonome, esprit de synthèse et bonnes capacités rédactionnelles

  • Dynamique, doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et avec le goût du service.

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : niveau avancé
