Airbus Helicopters recherche un(e) Ingénieur RETEX Produit Super Puma (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département du Support et Services basé à Marignane, France.

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe In-service Data & Product RETEX.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser des analyses de retour d'expérience sur des sujets impliquant plusieurs spécialités métiers et levée des alertes associées

  • Fournir les éléments nécessaires au programme pour l'établissement du plan d'amélioration du produit

  • Mettre en œuvre des actions concrètes d’amélioration de la situation opérationnelle

  • Communiquer auprès du bureau d'études les problématiques rencontrées en service

  • Contribuer à mettre en place les processus et à spécifier les outils nécessaires à la collecte et l'analyse des données  

Compétences requises :

  • Connaissances générales des appareils

  • Curiosité et bonne compréhension des sujets techniques

  • Capacité à bien s’orienter dans l'organisation et à faire adhérer à un besoin transverse

  • Capacité à définir et spécifier les outils informatiques nécessaires à l’optimisation de l’activité

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur, vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans les domaines du Bureau d'Études ou  de la maintenance des hélicoptères.

  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des hélicoptères et de la gestion de la maintenance associée.

  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre autonomie, votre rigueur, votre esprit d'équipe, votre orientation vers les résultats, votre capacité d'adaptation et vos compétences en communication.

  • Un niveau avancé en français et en anglais est obligatoire.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Product RETEX Engineer Super Puma (m/f) to join our Support and Services department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of the In-service Data & Product RETEX team.

Your main missions will be to:

  • Conduct lessons learned (RETEX) analyses on topics involving several business specialties and raise associated alerts

  • Provide the elements necessary for the program to establish the product improvement plan

  • Implement concrete actions to improve the operational situation

  • Communicate in-service issues encountered to the design office

  • Contribute to establishing processes and specifying the tools necessary for data collection and analysis

Required Skills:

  • General knowledge of aircraft

  • Curiosity and good understanding of technical subjects

  • Ability to navigate the organization and gain buy-in for a cross-functional need

  • Ability to define and specify the IT tools necessary to optimize the activity

Your profile:

  • Holding an engineering degree, you have more than 10 years of experience in the fields of the Design Office or helicopter maintenance.

  • You have a good knowledge of how helicopters operate and associated maintenance management.

  • You are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, your team spirit, your results-orientation, your adaptability, and your communication skills.

  • An advanced level of French and English is mandatory.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
